Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist existing customers with policy changes, documents, and guidance on coverages. You will respond to inquiries, process requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and update lienholder information from a fully remote setup.

You will help customers resolve questions about their policies, explore coverage options, and work to retain policyholders by offering solutions before cancellations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while on calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, sending policy documents.
• Help customers with questions about coverages, benefits, or changes to policies.
• Work to retain Jerry policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
