This role sits in the Customer Operations team, focusing on helping customers with coverage, renewals, and policy changes while collaborating across departments. You will engage with customers across auto and home policies, learn the product deeply, and contribute to a positive, high-energy culture that values ownership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus
• Friendly, positive attitude and team player
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and listening abilities

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying needs they may not voice
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
• Deep product knowledge to match customers with the right coverage
• Resolve barriers to get customers the right coverage through problem solving
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and documents
• Provide feedback to improve the product based on customer insights
