Jerry is seeking a Customer Operations team member to deliver exceptional service for auto and home insurance products. You will respond to inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and help navigate our app to ensure the right coverage.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with a flexible schedule and potential for equity. Compensation includes base pay and uncapped commissions, reflecting strong performance.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers, identifying needs and opportunities beyond what is asked.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Getting deep on the product to match the right coverage for each customer.
• Solving problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback.
