Foundever is seeking a Claims Support Representative for a remote, inbound call center role supporting a multinationalInsurance provider. Paid training is provided to prepare you for the role, and a distraction-free workspace is required during training and work hours.

As a Claims Support Representative at Foundever, you'll support a multinational Insurance provider — no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career.

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

1 year of relevant work experience.

Home Setup Requirements

Provided Equipment: Foundever will ship the necessary equipment.

Internet Requirements:A hardwired high-speed internet connection.No wireless

Work Environment:A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.

Device Requirements:You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
