• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers by addressing needs and identifying issues customers didn't know to ask about.
• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle policies and policy changes.
• Learn product deeply to match customers with appropriate coverages.
• Resolve barriers between customers and right coverage.
• Process service requests like vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy docs.
• Provide feedback on product improvements.
