Jerry.ai is hiring for a remote Customer Operations role focused on delivering outstanding service for auto and home policies. You’ll handle inbound calls, identify coverage gaps, and help customers navigate our app across a growing set of insurers.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Strong work ethic
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers, identifying gaps or discounts customers may qualify for and helping with renewals
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders who need changes
• Mastering the product and choosing the right coverage path from a large panel of insurers
• Solving problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents
• Providing feedback to improve the product and contribute to the roadmap
