Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers by identifying needs customers didn’t know to ask about.
• Answer inbound calls from customers for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies; assist with changes.
• Know the app inside out to guide customers to the right coverage and navigate it confidently.
• Resolve barriers between customers and the right coverage through problem-solving.
• Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
