Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales & Business Development professional to grow client relationships and revenue. You will generate leads, meet with prospects, present policy options and tailor programs to individual needs, with leads provided and hands-on training.

This role focuses on meeting sales targets, maintaining long-term client relationships, and staying current on life, health, property, casualty, and business insurance products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or similar field is advantageous.
• Missouri insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or willingness to obtain them within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and explain insurance products, highlighting benefits and coverage options.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance policies to ensure they remain appropriate and cost-effective.
• Stay informed about various insurance products, including life, health, property, casualty, and business insurance.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and industry trends.
