Job summary

The Juris Agency in Kansas is seeking a motivated sales representative to join a fast-growing agency with an endless stream of leads. You will be trained to sell Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Personal Lines Insurance, with strong mentorship and a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well within a team and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pass financial and criminal background check.
• Bilingual is a plus but not needed.
• Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses prior to starting.
• Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships.
• One year minimum sales experience preferred but not needed.

Responsibilities
