Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Agent Development training program.
• Attend workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching with experienced agents.
• Learn to use AMS/CRM, quoting platforms, and carrier portals.
• Support senior agents with client outreach, quoting, and policy reviews.
• Perform needs-based insurance assessments for individuals and businesses.
• Assist onboarding, documentation, and policy servicing as needed.
• Shadow producers to observe consultative selling best practices.
