Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Active driver’s license
• Life/Health license is a strong bonus but not required
• Must be coachable, detail-oriented and a team player
• Previous customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, risk, coverage, long-term goals and financial status through consultations to tailor experiences.
• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing ones, including bookings, inquiries, eligibility, claims, billing questions, and policies.
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date while maintaining records and bookkeeping.
