Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to tailor solutions.
• Provide warm, professional customer service during onboarding and ongoing client maintenance, including appointments, inquiries, eligibility, claims, billing questions, and policy details.
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date while maintaining records and bookkeeping.
