Job summary

P. R. Financial, an independent marketing organization in the insurance marketplace, is seeking a full-time agent/broker to evaluate clients' insurance needs, risk, and long-term goals during consultations.

You will provide warm, professional onboarding and ongoing client service, maintain paperwork and records, and coordinate billing and claims while operating from home in the Norfolk, VA area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active driver's license required.
• Active Life/Health insurance license is a strong bonus but not required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, risk, goals, and financial status to tailor experiences.
• Provide warm, professional onboarding and maintain existing clients including appointments, inquiries, eligibility, claims, billing questions, and policies.
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date while maintaining records and bookkeeping.
