Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by generating new business, cross-selling, and maintaining a strong book of business. You will work with local customers in person and over the phone, building relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

This role emphasizes community involvement, prospecting, and collaborating with leadership on local marketing.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in direct sales or insurance is preferred.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
