Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a remote Insurance Sales Representative. This is a fully remote, commission-only independent contractor role with flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and access to leads.

No experience required; licensing and training provided. You will contact leads, conduct virtual or phone appointments, explain options, complete applications, and help clients through the process. A strong communicator who can work independently will thrive.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
