Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote Insurance Sales Representative position. You will work from home with flexible scheduling, receive company leads, and participate in ongoing training and licensing support.

No experience is required, and licensing assistance is provided to help you start selling insurance products. In this independent contractor role, compensation is commission-only and based on your sales production.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
