Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for remote Insurance Sales Representative roles. This is a fully remote, commission-only independent contractor opportunity with company-provided leads and flexible scheduling.

No experience is required; licensing and training are provided. You will contact and follow up with leads, discuss coverage options, complete applications, and guide clients through the process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required; licensing assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
