Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking a Virtual Store Remote Sales Agent to join our growing team. This fully remote role requires residing in Texas, with in-person training and licensing support provided.

You will engage customers, educate on coverage options, and aim to meet monthly sales goals while delivering excellent service. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas resident Personal Lines or General Lines license for at least one year
• Previous insurance sales experience required
• Able to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Responsibilities

• Ask probing questions to understand insurance needs
• Educate and recommend coverage choices based on individual needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and metrics
• Deliver consistent positive customer experience via phone, SMS, email or chat
• Provide information on auto, motorcycle, renters, home, travel products
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual needs
• Explain policy features and differences to promote plans
• Follow up with policyholders on payments, renewals, and cancellations
• Attend meetings and trainings to learn products and skills
• Complete continuing education to maintain active license status
