Job summary

A-MAX Insurance seeks a remote Store Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. This full-time role requires a Texas license and a strong sales mindset to educate customers and tailor insurance solutions, all from a home office.

The position emphasizes meeting monthly sales goals, prompt customer responses via phone, SMS, email or chat, and ongoing licensing and training support. In this remote role, you’ll operate from Texas with in-person trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid and current Resident Texas Personal Lines or General Lines Property & Casualty License for at least one year
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Insurance Sales Experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment

Responsibilities

• Ask probing questions to understand customer's insurance needs
• Educate and recommend coverage options
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and metrics
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, SMS, email or chat
• Provide information on auto, motorcycle, renters, home, travel insurance
• Customize programs to fit individual needs
• Follow up with policyholders on payments, renewals, etc.
• Attend meetings and trainings to learn about products
• Complete continuing education to maintain licenses
• Obtain and retain Resident and Non-Resident licenses in required states
