Job summary

Allstate Insurance Agency - Glen Liuzza in Gretna, LA seeks an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships in the community, and apply insurance knowledge to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, qualifying leads, and offering Allstate products to meet customers' needs, while delivering a positive customer experience and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
