Allstate Insurance Agency - Hillary Carnley is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage prospects, build community relationships, and apply insurance knowledge to increase understanding of coverage value.

You will be responsible for meeting sales goals, qualifying leads, and offering appropriate Allstate products while delivering excellent customer service; training and development are available through Allstate University.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
