Allstate Insurance Agency - Glen Liuzza in Gretna, LA is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to help grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships, and promote Allstate products.

This role offers base plus uncapped commissions, on-the-job training, flexible work-from-home options, and opportunities to earn promotions. No prior license required at start; you will obtain Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses after hire.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow‑up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross‑selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs.
