MeridianLight is seeking motivated sales professionals for a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 opportunity. You will meet with pre-qualified prospects via virtual appointments to discuss retirement income, protection, and insurance planning.

Responsibilities include conducting needs discussions, educating clients on life insurance options, and following structured sales processes with remote mentorship and support. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in selling insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting and closing deals remotely.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects through virtual appointments.
• Conduct retirement and insurance needs discussions.
• Educate clients on life insurance, indexed universal life, annuities, and income protection.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective clients and document activity in the CRM.
