Qualifications

• Active life insurance license preferred.
• Willing to obtain the appropriate life insurance license before conducting insurance business.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and virtual meeting capability.
• Willingness to complete required onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients through virtual appointments.
• Conduct retirement and insurance needs discussions.
• Educate clients on life insurance, Indexed Universal Life, annuity, and income-protection solutions.
• Help clients understand available options and make informed decisions.
• Maintain professional follow-up with prospective clients.
• Document activity and client progress within the CRM.
• Follow MeridianLight sales and compliance processes.
