Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for remote insurance sales roles. You will connect with individuals and families, discuss coverage options, and guide clients through the insurance selection process.

This commission-only, independent-contractor position offers flexible scheduling, access to leads, mentorship, licensing assistance, and onboarding support to help you grow your client base from home.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
