Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives for a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and company-provided leads. No cold calling and licensing/training are provided to help you start.

You will contact and follow up with individuals seeking insurance coverage, complete applications, and guide clients through options. Compensation is commission-only as an independent contractor, with ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing is helpful but not required; we assist with licensing.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
