Humbard Agency, LLC is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support and grow an existing book of business. You will service client accounts, address policy needs, and identify cross-sell opportunities while strengthening relationships and revenue growth.

The role offers hourly base pay with commission/bonus potential, a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, and paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active customer service experience in insurance or similar industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions and service needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound client communication.
• Manage and maintain client accounts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients.
• Support billing inquiries and claims-related questions.
