Allstate Insurance Agency - Jacob West is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships, and educate customers on the value of Allstate products to protect families and assets.

In this remote role, you will meet sales goals, qualify leads, and provide a positive customer experience while pursuing licensing requirements for Property & Casualty and Life & Health to expand your toolkit and advancement

Formación

• Money-motivated mindset.
• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
