Qualifications

• Requires organized, disciplined approach to work from home.
• Willing to obtain life-insurance license if not licensed.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs and assist with enrollment decisions.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients, including renewal opportunities.
• Follow up with clients to provide professional service.
• Work with regional manager to set activity and performance goals.
