Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• At least 12 months of P&C insurance sales experience.
• Prior Allstate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective property and casualty customers.
• Call, text, and email agency-provided leads.
• Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
• Reach 30 items sold per month within 90 days.
• Build customer relationships through personalized conversations.
• Work toward agency sales goals.
