Longstein Agencies is seeking an experienced Allstate Sales Producer in the Chicagoland area. You will actively engage customers with outbound calls, quote and sell Allstate Auto, Home, and bundled policies, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Allstate sales experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Proven success with outbound dialing.
• Strong phone and closing skills.
• High energy and stamina for high call volume.
• Creative and able to think on your feet.
• Reliable, coachable and team oriented.
• Willing to work hard and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Make consistent, high-volume outbound sales calls
• Quote and sell Allstate Auto, Home, and bundled insurance
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Adapt approach to different customers and conversations
• Creatively overcome objections and ask for the sale
• Consistently follow up on quotes and opportunities
• Manage your pipeline and stay organized
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
