Job summary

Windward Risk Managers is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales development for WRM insurance products through agencies. You will train and support agencies on WRM tools, participate in campaigns, and handle new business issues for high-performance partners.

A CA license and homeowners insurance experience are required. Role offers remote work with non-standard hours and collaboration with Sales Development Managers across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in homeowners insurance sales or service in an agency or carrier.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to agencies on WRM systems, tools, and resources to develop sales of WRM insurance products.
• Assist with sales campaigns and new business initiatives.
• Provide concierge service for new business issues to high-performance agencies.
• Contact agencies for new market opportunities to increase quoting activity and applications.
• Complete quote data to facilitate books of business moves.
• Support SDMs with their agents as requested.
• May support CAT response efforts in storms.
• Other duties as assigned.
