Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is seeking a Contact Center Advisor to respond to telephonic sales inquiries, identify qualified prospects, provide rate quotes and enroll eligible consumers telephonically. The role includes upselling, cross-selling products, and advising on insurance coverage, with follow-up calls as needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 1 year of sales experience, and the ability to obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to telephonic sales related consumer inquiries, identify qualified prospects, provide rate quotes and enroll eligible consumers telephonically.
• Upsell and/or cross-sell products, provide guidance on insurance coverage, sell policies and conduct follow-up calls.
• Collaborate with team to meet enrollment targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
