Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Contact Center Advisor in Virginia Beach with remote opportunities across numerous states. You will respond to telephonic sales inquiries, provide rate quotes, and enroll eligible consumers while upselling and cross-selling products and offering guidance on coverage.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and 1 year of sales experience; certification (L-HIL or L-LIFEHI) must be obtained within 60 days. Base pay varies with shifts and may include bonuses.
