Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative. We seek a motivated, career-driven candidate to join our growing team.

This role offers a developmental path in insurance sales with hands-on training and mentorship, exposure to underwriting and broker relationships, and support from experienced professionals. The candidate may work fully remote within the continental United States, with a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow in insurance sales.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and brokers.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support sales activities, prospecting, outreach, and account management tasks.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and clients to gain sales exposure.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
