Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a growing team. This role is designed as a developmental opportunity with hands-on training and mentorship in underwriting and broker relationships.

The position offers remote work within the continental United States and exposure to consultative sales, RFP processes, and relationship building with brokers and business leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and analyze opportunities with brokers.
• Support the sales team with outreach, meeting coordination, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with CRM and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to pursue new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program toward a full Sales Rep role.
