Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Insurance Representatives to join a growing virtual team. You'll educate clients about life, accident, and health benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing support through Zoom and phone sessions.

No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and leadership opportunities are provided. This 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling and performance-based income.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older; legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Be physically located within the United States and able to work remotely.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided and licensing guidance offered.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled client consultations through Zoom and phone.
• Educate clients about available life, accident, and health insurance benefits and enrollment steps.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support before, during, and after enrollment.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment and assist with required documentation.
