We are seeking a motivated individual to call prospective clients and guide them through the process, ensuring their families and loved ones are protected from unexpected injury or death.

Our marketing team is the best in the industry, and we currently have a backlog of clients wanting quotes, so we need your help to provide these clients with the insurance options they need at an affordable price.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Interview prospective clients via phone to gather information about their financial situation and existing coverage.
  • Assist clients with the insurance claims process.
  • Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies.
  • Answer client questions about insurance plans and policies.
  • Schedule follow-up video calls to present quotes.
  • Advise clients on risks and benefits of each policy.
  • Present policy options and quotes.
  • Help clients choose the right quote based on their needs.

General Responsibilities:

  • Get licensed for health and life insurance in your state. We will assist with licensing if needed, which typically takes 1-2 weeks.
  • Stay updated with industry news and regulatory changes.

Skills and Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and risks.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and business applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Knowledge of various insurance products.
  • Experience with quoting software and insurance tools.
