Job summary

McGuire Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, self-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing, high-performing team. This is a work-from-home position where you will speak with potential clients, assess needs, and help them select the right personal insurance coverage (home, condo, auto, renters, etc.).

Offered is base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a clear path for growth and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed in sales.
• Organized with strong time management.
• Willing to obtain an insurance license (WA license a plus).

Requirements
