McGuire Insurance Agency is seeking motivated Insurance Sales Agents for a fully remote role, serving clients nationwide. Speak with potential clients, assess needs, and recommend coverage with base salary plus commission.

This position offers uncapped earning potential, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a Monday–Friday schedule. WA licensing support provided; prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Organized with good time management.
• Willing to obtain an insurance license (40 hour course + state test).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
