Chad Mcmahon - State Farm Agent is hiring an Account Representative to drive customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

You will develop a pipeline, conduct needs assessments, present insurance recommendations, and help customers with multiple lines of insurance while meeting production goals in a flexible work-from-home setup.

Qualificações

• Experience in outbound sales or business development is preferred.
• Confident communicator with ability to handle objections.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results.
• Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, quotes, and referrals.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Present insurance product recommendations and close sales.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell across lines of insurance.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records to hit production goals.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure excellent service.
