Job summary

Chad Richards - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations, grow the agency through meaningful client relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

As an enthusiastic, sales-minded professional, you will use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend and sell policies, conduct policy reviews, and help resolve complex customer issues while pursuing opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
