Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience drafting, reviewing, or analyzing insurance policy wording.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise policy wordings, endorsements, and related documentation.
• Ensure policy language is clear, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Interpret and apply relevant insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards to policy development.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, claims, and product teams for policy consistency.
• Research changes in legislation affecting policies.
• Develop training materials on policy interpretation for internal teams.
• Maintain a central repository of approved policy forms and docs.
