Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Contact Center Sales Organization. This role focuses on handling inbound calls and warm leads to match customers with the right coverage and convert leads into policyholders.

You will begin paid training remotely, with licensing included if needed. The position requires availability for a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, and offers sponsored licensing and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
