Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders. Training is provided, including licensing, with paid instruction and remote work options.

You will join a CSR-driven, high-energy team in a Fortune 100 company, with licensing in all 50 states and a schedule that includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, EST hours, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess insurance needs.
• Recommend coverages and products to convert leads to policyholders.
• Consult with customers to match coverages and products, closing sales.
