Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverage and turning prospects into policyholders.

You will train from day one in a remote setup, with paid licensing, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. High performers can advance to higher earnings in a nationwide role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience and service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
