Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• You’ll represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for their needs while maintaining a high level of customer service.
