Qualifications

• Public speaking and ability to handle high case loads in adversarial situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive and travel between offices/locations.

Responsibilities

• Litigates low to moderate complexity cases from intake to trial or settlement.
• Attends hearings, conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Proactively informs leadership of case handling opportunities and challenges.
• Consults with the Claims Department on the legal aspects of files and jurisdictional issues.
• Performs other tasks to ensure efficient case management.
• May handle second chair trials and trials in moderately complex cases.
• Supports senior attorneys on higher complexity matters.
