Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and law license in applicable states.
• Experience handling high-complexity matters and first-chair jury trials.
• Multistate jurisdictional practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Litigates high-complexity/exposure cases through trial or settlement.
• Lead attorney at hearings, conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develops trial strategies and analyzes case outcomes using precedents.
• Mentor and train other attorneys; share knowledge of industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Travel may be required between offices/field locations.
