PinnacleConnect in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to work remotely. Join a growing firm with a nationwide client base and a focus on complex insurance defense matters.

You will manage cases from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and prepare cases for settlement, trial, or appeal. California Bar admission and recent insurance defense experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active CA Bar license and admission to practice in California.
• Recent insurance defense experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
